At Flicx we aim to provide an efficient service providing good quality products suitable for the individual customers needs. With our expert knowledge of our products and sport we will do our best to provide the most suitable order for our customer. We hope for an all round customer satisfaction, from the time of first contact, whether a simple question on a product or to place an order, through to after sales care.

Our Delivery Service
 
We confidently use the courier company TNT for our deliveries. We use their next day delivery service, dependent on stock levels and particular order contents, we try to provide an efficient turn around of an order. If an delivery is required before a certain time, this can usually be arranged at an extra cost. Orders to parts of Scotland and off the mainland may incur increased delivery costs.
 
Our Returns Policy
 
We accept that sometimes orders need to be returned for numerous reasons. We have a standard 15% restockng charge, plus the cost of return carriage for all items. However, we aim to be fair and look at all returns on an individual basis.
